HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Our History
The V-frame was developed out of the need to find a better and more efficient way to inspect & repair silos
2005
Rope Access Noord was founded. An industrial rope access company specialised in working at heights and in difficult to reach places
2007
Working in the food & diary with several partners we noticed the need for a better, more efficient & safe solution
2012
First prototype was introduced, approved and used in the field. Working in tanks up to 15 meters in diameter
2021
The new, improved V-frame was constructed and patented. The new version can be used in tanks up to 20 meters in diameter

The V-frame is a new method to perform a necessary inspection of silos, tanks and alike without using large amounts of steel scaffolding equipment. In combination with ropes access techniques, this method is extremely safe and efficient resulting in time and cost reduction.
